Giuseppe Oliverio is the Director of PhMuseum, a platform dedicated to contemporary photography, which has become known for its online education programs and the open calls that have awarded photographers like Max Pinckers, Diana Markosian, Laura El-Tantawy, and Alejandro Cartagena. He frequently works as a juror for awards such as Lucie Photo Book Prize, Magenta Foundation Flash Forward, Lens Culture Critics Choice, and as a portfolio reviewer at events like Unseen and Visa Pour L’Image. In 2020 he opened the PhMuseum Lab in Bologna, an exhibition and training space, and in 2021, he launched the PhMuseum Days, an international photography festival.
